Rain
This rain is just what we have needed, thank you !
The vege gardens are loving it.
Yesturday, sadly one of our chooks could not handle the heat and she passed away after laying an awesome egg.It was 41 degrees in the shade and close to 50 in the sun!

Aromatique Essentials Video Shoot
Well I have to say we did have a bit fun whilst attempting to shoot several mini videos for my website and blogs today. I think my favourite parts were the bloopers!
I can now see how much fun making movies would be etc .
For me I think I prefer to be face to face as it is easier, never the less being in front of the camera could grow on me...

Christmas spice!
Try this blend in your essential oil burner,
2 drops cinnamon
2 drops clove
5 drops sweet orange
2 drops nutmeg
most burners require water, about 3/4 full.
This blend is not recommended as Body spray as some of the oils can irritate the skin and mucous membranes. If you are in doubt consult a qualified Aromatherapist.

I have been working with aromatherapy for around 15 years now and it never ceases to amaze me. I love working with essential oils, and am very excited about my new online business Aromatique Essentials.
I have had the opportunity to work with many common ailments from insect bites, skin condition's, chronic respiratory disease, psychological and emotional, muscular,reproductive and digestive conditions.
I have had my own clinic, lectured at 2 of Sydney's leading Natural therapy colleges for 12 years and now I run work shops from home in Laguna, Hunter Valley, N.S.W.
For Many years I have specialised in personalised product for my clients from perfumes, natural beauty and specific conditions.
My aim is to educate you on Aromatherapy giving tips on how to safely use Aromatherapy in your home.
